HOI4 don't work until new patch

So i have a problem, i played on older version on mods to this moment because i didnt buyed no step back dlc, but after i bought it and update hoi4, the launcher works as always but if i try clicking play button nothing happens and this error

I just kept asking for territory and it kept working : r/hoi4
