To me the only way Nvidia could justify a hypothetical 550$ "MSRP" is if the 4060Ti trades blows with the RX 6800/6800XT (not counting RT), which would be quite a feat for a 160W card, since the RX 6800s seem to be perf/$ "kings" (at current prices) and offer almost top tier perf/W of the cards
