My aim is still atrocious after 220 hours in Kovaaks and 1700 hours in Apex. I'm not sure why, and any tips and pointers would be greatly appreciated. Below is a recording

I just switched from Aimer7's guide to Sparky's. Apparently, I'm supposed to be smoother when click timing. I perform significantly worse when forcing myself to aim smoothly. Am I doing something wrong?
